I Wanna Go See This Film

I want to see this film: Heavy Metal In Baghdad. Despite the fairly literal title!

Hey! From the lack of comments on each others journals it looks like we don't enjoy being lj buddies too much. So if it's ok for you I'd suggest that we just remove each other. Either just remove me and I'll do the same or send me a message if it's important to you that we keep each other on the list.

I actually like reading your blog (can't remember how we met - Twitter possibly?) I haven't been a good LJer is general lately, too much going on in my life. I'm happy to stay connected...

In that case I'll add you back again,of course

Nah, no twitter for me... Iadded you randomly when I read the friendslist of a community we're both in. I often read those when my friends list is moving too swowly.

Re: In that case I'll add you back again,of course

I can't keep track - I gained a few followers from the whole twitter thing... I should make a chart of who and how I meet people!

Wow that looks awesome, I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

There is a documentry about the music listened to in Iraq. It shows heavy metal being used to psych up soldiers before entering a combat zone. Same music from a very different perspective to the film you've found: Soundtrack to War. It's possible to find it to download on torrent sites ;)

I heard about that doco. Utterly failed to see it however... I have little time for movies these days, damn it!
